Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair complex heavy equipment and aerial lifts for customers and the company fleet in Carlsbad, using real-time data and work orders to diagnose root causes faster. Order parts, track service intervals, complete required paperwork/electronic documentation, and assist with equipment pick-up and delivery. Operate safely, support training for lower-level technicians, and participate in year-round OEM training.
