Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues, including switches, VLANs, PoE, DNS, DHCP, and performance concerns.
  • •Support network equipment and infrastructure, including wireless access points, cabling, Palo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, and related systems.
  • •Support network-connected manufacturing equipment, shop-floor PCs, conference room technology, and the VoIP platform.
  • •Deploy, replace, and upgrade network hardware and coordinate with vendors for cabling or infrastructure work.
  • •Provide hands-on Tier 1/2 support for Windows, hardware, Microsoft 365 and Teams, manage deployments and moves, and maintain documentation and change records.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in IT networking support or a related technical support role.
  • •Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco switching, and basic network configuration.
  • •Experience troubleshooting wired and wireless connectivity and supporting Windows, hardware, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
  • •Strong customer-service, communication, troubleshooting, and ownership skills.
  • •Ability to work independently, prioritize issues, and work hands-on in office and manufacturing environments.
