Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Core Payments business unit finance partners and advise on accounting-related matters for business transactions and accounting/regulatory standards, including revenue and expense recognition and complex digital assets.
•Assess accounting implications of operating models (custodial vs. non-custodial, agency vs. principal) and interaction with ASC 606.
•Interface with external auditors regarding GAAP applications to transactions in the digital payments space and manage compliance activities (SOX, ORM, etc.).
•Prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting with variance analysis and executive presentations; ensure documentation of accounting positions.
•Identify opportunities to implement automated solutions and coordinate with finance operations to strengthen front-end and back-end controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,000 - 269,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
•Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) required.
•Direct experience with crypto assets and/or fiat-backed stablecoins, including fair value measurement, classification, and disclosure.
•Established credibility as a trusted advisor to business partners and senior leadership on complex technical matters.
•Strong communication and leadership skills, with an emphasis on financial and business acumen.
