Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary client interface between technology/digital experience stakeholders and project delivery teams, coordinating technology integration throughout project phases.
  • •Participate in project initiation and planning; identify technology scope, dependencies, infrastructure requirements, operational impacts, and long-lead components affecting schedules.
  • •Review technology-related design documents (architectural, electrical, telecommunications, low-voltage) to identify conflicts, missing scope, constructability issues, and implementation risks; coordinate review comments and track resolutions.
  • •Support construction by reviewing RFIs, submittals, field changes, and revised drawings for technology impacts, and coordinating SME engagement for technical decisions and approvals.
  • •Coordinate operational readiness and turnover by validating as-builts, testing results, warranties, labeling/turnover documentation; support cutovers, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, systems integration, construction support, project delivery, or related fields.
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technology design documents.
  • •Working knowledge of network infrastructure and related technology systems (e.g., fiber optic, structured cabling, telecommunications, wireless, access control, CCTV, low-voltage).
  • •Preferred: Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit; and certifications such as PMP, BICSI, ITIL, CCNA, or CCNP.
