Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a hands-on lead developer, guiding teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
  • •Provide technical mentorship across multiple teams and drive adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and customer needs with the product vision, and take ownership of greenfield projects through production release.
  • •Architect and implement secure, maintainable solutions using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Integration, OAuth 2.0, and MongoDB.
  • •Leverage AWS for cloud-native applications, Kubernetes for containerized scalability/reliability, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of hands-on experience across 5+ of: Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Integration), OAuth 2.0, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, and Jenkins Pipeline.
  • •Proven experience leading a team of multiple teams of developers with technical guidance and adherence to coding standards.
  • •Ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative engineering environment.
  • •Strong product ownership mindset: understand technical and customer needs and align delivery with the product vision.
