Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily production issues at the test floor and wafer probe, including low-yield analysis, disposition, and hardware/software failure debug.
  • •Conduct detailed analytical studies on issues and partner with product engineering teams to drive improvements to test programs and hardware/setup.
  • •Drive productivity improvement projects such as yield improvement, test time reduction, test insertion/removal, legacy tester conversion.
  • •Support new product releases by performing buyoff for new test systems (program/hardware) per manufacturing requirements.
  • •Lead and support introduction of new tools/equipment/test processes, including qualification and change management approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Physics, or related fields.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Knowledge of wafer fabrication, device physics, circuit analysis, and data analysis.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions.
  • •Ability to work in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced environment and take initiative to drive results.
