Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through coaching, operational excellence, and strong clienteling. Set the tone on the sales floor by modeling service standards and driving omni-channel and virtual selling. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates, monitor KPIs, and act as Store Leader when needed. Maintain brand/visual standards, oversee opening/closing and cash handling, manage schedules and payroll budgets, and support inventory and live-stream shopping initiatives.
