Talent Acquisition Lead

Lead talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities across multiple European countries, coordinating with RPO partners and partnering with stakeholders to ensure disciplined, best-practice execution. Build strong internal relationships up to VP level and collaborate with external agencies and RPO leadership. Participate in and/or lead Europe-wide projects, while staying current on talent acquisition trends to attract and retain top talent.
