Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

Support manufacturing operations on-site in Montpelier by developing and coordinating site HR policies and programs across employment, labor relations, compensation, training, health and safety, benefits, and employee services. Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders on performance management, investigations, mediation, and coaching. Drive workforce planning for hourly recruiting, lead learning and change management efforts, and improve processes through standardization and automation.
