Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement category strategies for medium spend, complexity, and strategic importance to optimize business efficiency and maximize value.
  • •Develop category expertise, assess where supply management can drive additional involvement and value, and maintain understanding of supply markets and competitors.
  • •Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives including category specifications, RFIs/RFPs, contracts, and sourcing project plans.
  • •Execute the end-to-end sourcing process: scope development, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, third-party risk acceptance, and contract execution.
  • •Manage supplier performance and risk by driving best practices, producing performance metrics/dashboards, and improving vendor performance across the enterprise.
