Support Technical Product Owners by managing the product backlog, creating user stories, and defining epics and software requirements. Ensure business goals alignment as they evolve, coordinate with stakeholders and mediates between Allianz Technology and operational entities, and support delivery across the software lifecycle in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Technical Product Owners in managing the product backlog, including creation of user stories.
•Break down complex problems into smaller issues and define software requirements through business need exploration.
•Produce and refine requirements via interactive planning, acceptance criteria definition, prioritization, and review.
•Ensure user-requested features align with product business goals as they evolve over time.
•Act as mediator between Allianz Technology, Allianz RE, and related operational entities, and support stakeholders and implementation teams across CTA projects.

Key Requirements

•Insurance domain knowledge with understanding of SME business.
•Experience in banking, finance, or insurance.
•Good analytical capabilities and ability to understand complex business scenarios.
•Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Economics or a related quantitative field.
•English language proficiency; German skills are a plus.
