Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business performance for the Drive-Thru hardware product portfolio.
  • •Lead portfolio planning and growth strategy for next-generation Drive-Thru solutions and supporting ecosystems.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the Hardware Product Management team and establish scalable product processes.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Project Management to deliver hardware and software-enabled solutions end to end.
  • •Drive product performance by monitoring revenue, margin, adoption, and customer satisfaction metrics, and developing forecasts and investment recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • •5+ years of experience leading Product Managers and product organizations.
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios.
  • •Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-connected hardware ecosystems, and subscription business models.
