Branch Manager

Lead day-to-day branch banking operations by managing sales, service, and operations while coaching the team to achieve budgeted production goals. Build and deepen relationships with high-value consumer and business customers, drive business development through internal partnerships and community involvement, and ensure hiring and recruitment support staffing needs. Oversee operational, security, risk, and regulatory compliance, and use available tools and technology to identify sales and service opportunities.
