Job Summary

Provide technical leadership for end-to-end AI/ML development, from data ingestion and feature engineering through model deployment and monitoring. Define scalable, secure machine learning platform architecture and guide selection and integration of AI/GenAI tools. Own ML model lifecycle management and MLOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, registries, feature stores, retraining). Mentor technical teams, partner cross-functionally, and ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and responsible AI.

•Oversee ML model lifecycle management (experimentation, versioning, CI/CD integration, continuous improvement).
•Mentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts; conduct reviews of pipelines/code/designs to maintain quality and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s in Data Science preferred).
•9–12 years of experience in AI/ML development, advanced analytics, or data-driven software engineering.
•Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, neural networks, NLP, or computer vision.
•Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
•Experience designing and deploying ML models into production at scale, including hands-on GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering).
