Job Summary

Receive, process, invoice, and manage warehouse materials in line with the Management System procedures. Coordinate inbound unloading with carriers, review shipping and customs paperwork, operate equipment such as hydraulic pallet jacks and forklifts safely, and label and store parts. Support material picking, packing, and shipping documentation, help with cyclic and annual inventory counts, and follow up on inventory discrepancies and damaged materials.

•Coordinate with the carrier the unloading procedure.
•Review and audit documentation (customs entry, invoice, shipment consolidation, carta porte).

•Verify quantities and label parts; store materials in their warehouse location.
•Support picking, packing, shipping/dispatch documentation, and assist with cyclic and annual inventory counts, including follow-up on nonconformities and inventory differences.

Key Requirements

•Technical or high school education.
•2 to 3 years of experience as a storekeeper/warehouse clerk (or similar role).
•Basic English level (intermediate is a plus).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
•Type B license (desirable).
