Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders using the company’s technology.
  • •Track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose equipment issues using real-time data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation (work orders) daily.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and maintain the service vehicle in a clean, professional manner.
