Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver innovative product test solutions across hardware, software, and test content to meet cost and quality requirements.
  • •Lead post-silicon characterization, product definition, and performance optimization, enabling internal validation and external customers via prototype samples.
  • •Optimize overall product cost by improving yield and reducing test hardware and test costs.
  • •Collaborate with hardware design and other development teams to establish infrastructure specifications for production test and debug.
  • •Develop scalable infrastructure, automation, and standardization for multiple product lines, including validating ATE systems and troubleshooting root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • •Hands-on ATE test experience, including debug and characterization of SCAN, BIST, and functional ATE test patterns.
  • •Proficiency with Unix and Windows.
  • •Experience optimizing silicon performance, including power optimization, frequency maximization, and advanced performance management.
  • •Ability to develop and deploy scripts and test engineering tools (e.g., Python) and use common development tools like Git, VS Code, and Bash.
