Floor Manager

Lead the store’s daily performance as a Store Supervisor, deputising the management team and driving KPI delivery and profit opportunities. Set and execute individual, daily, and weekly sales targets, monitor results through reporting, and support key store operations including stock management, payroll, admin, and rota. Deliver an exceptional 1-2-1 customer experience while training, coaching, and developing Stylists through product knowledge and motivation.
