Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted business partner and HR subject matter expert advisor to senior executives and managers.
  • •Develop HR strategies and practices to improve employee development, performance, engagement, and retention.
  • •Leverage the employee engagement platform to communicate results, identify trends in data, and propose solutions.
  • •Recommend HR policy changes based on provincial legislation and guide day-to-day execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • •Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, advocate for employee engagement and well-being, and provide HR support across Canadian offices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including complex employee relations.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of multiple HR disciplines such as compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related discipline; CHRP, CRHA, CPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
  • •Strong working knowledge of provincial employment laws and HR policy guidance/interpretation.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and excellent communication skills.
