Key Responsibilities

  • •Edit, revise, and proofread technical and proposal content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and tone in line with solicitation requirements and standards.
  • •Standardize terminology, style, and formatting across proposals and technical documents using established style guides and templates.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, systems analysts, and project/proposal teams to clarify technical concepts and translate requirements into usable specifications and narratives.
  • •Support the full proposal lifecycle, including storyboarding, draft reviews, revisions, and final production of proposal volumes and supporting documents.
  • •Develop and refine executive summaries, technical narratives, and win themes; also maintain proposal content libraries and documentation with version control and tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in technical editing, technical writing, proposal editing, or documentation support for engineering or IT programs.
  • •Proven experience editing and developing bids for engineering or IT infrastructure proposals, aligned to customer needs and solicitation requirements.
  • •Experience editing technical documentation and program-related messaging, including briefings, reports, and proposal volumes.
  • •Ability to interpret complex technical concepts and present them clearly, concisely, and appropriately for the audience.
  • •Strong familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure concepts sufficient to accurately edit related content.
