Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site operations, including supervision of work execution, labor, materials, and equipment movement/distribution to control costs and budgets.
  • •Maintain quality of work by minimizing rework, ensuring work is completed to approved Shop Drawings and method statements.
  • •Monitor and enforce the use of the latest valid drawings issued for site execution.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, support HSE initiatives, and report risks to the site engineer to maintain zero LTIs.
  • •Coordinate and carry out corrective and remedial actions for work requiring rework as instructed, including ensuring worker compliance during work hours.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience in project construction/field operations, including 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and approved drawings and documentation (shop drawings, method statements).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of safety programs and objectives, including occupational health and safety and environmental policies.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Ability to supervise labor, materials, and equipment distribution while ensuring schedule adherence and minimal rework.
