Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as program Operations liaison for core HBM Product Development Teams (PDTs), driving Operations Requirements across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, compliance, and logistics, and representing Operations in executive reporting forums.
  • •Participate early in the PLM process to address manufacturing operations and enterprise system concerns for new products.
  • •Maintain ramp schedules and ensure milestones are met for a smooth transition to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
  • •Oversee sample processes to ensure delivery meets specifications, customer expectations, and on-time delivery (OTD) metrics.
  • •Ensure product BOM compliance with Design for Supply Chain (DfSC) and Bill of Material Risk Review (BRR) guidelines; facilitate BOM risk review and provide operations risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in NPI, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations (preferably semiconductors) with strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, supply chain, procurement, and business units.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (PMP preferred).
  • •Deep expertise in end-to-end semiconductor supply chain and PLM/NPI processes, including early lifecycle integration.
  • •Strong experience in BOM governance, Enterprise Master Data, DfSC, and BOM Risk Review (BRR).
  • •Proven program management and systems capability managing schedules, milestones, and dependencies; experience with SAP, Kinaxis, supply planning tools, plus Tableau, SharePoint, HANA, and Snowflake.
