Job Summary

Senior mechanical engineering role focusing on the design and delivery of building services for UK and India projects. Key Responsibilities

•Undertake technical reviews, peer reviews, checks and contribute to the design.
•Provide continuous feedback to the Local Head of GCC on protocol effectiveness and continuous improvement.
•Develop positive professional relationships with the WSP UK Team and communicate project progress openly.
•Participate in project and team meetings, disseminate information within the team, and coordinate with other WSP teams.
•Identify and manage potential risk issues and adhere to the company’s commercial and contracting processes; manage delegated tasks to meet deadlines and flag resourcing concerns.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•Minimum of 12+ years relevant work experience.
•Membership to an accredited engineering body (e.g., MIET, CIBSE, INSRAE, ASHRAE).
•Design experience of Building Services with UK project exposure.
•Technically proficient in mechanical building services design; familiarity with HAP, Hevacomp, IES; TM52/59/54, SAP, Whole Life Carbon; and MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
