Job Summary

Strategic, operational Deal Operations Manager responsible for end-to-end proposal development, deal governance, and customer-facing contracting in a B2B SaaS environment. You will coordinate cross-functional input (Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, Product), optimize RFP/contract processes, and build scalable tools and playbooks to accelerate time-to-close while protecting margin and deal integrity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response processes, coordinating input from Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, and Product to ensure on-time, high-quality responses
•Build and maintain a reusable proposal content library to raise quality and shorten turnaround
•Translate commercial intent into pricing, packaging, and SKU guidance within proposals, routing through the approval matrix
•Own CRM data quality and governance; manage commercial approval workflows in CRM and CLM tools (Ironclad, Spotdraft) and ensure discounting compliance
•Manage the full contract lifecycle from first draft to countersignature, negotiate terms within approved parameters, and ensure signed contracts reflect the approved deal structure
