Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform standard and moderately complex setups and operations for custom and standard supply products on a flexographic press, including print registration and multiple die-cutting stations.
  • •Interpret order specifications, assist and learn printing techniques, and operate machine under supervision or guidance of Print Op III.
  • •Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods for shipment per customer specifications and quality requirements; track multiple packed orders.
  • •Prepare support for machine operators (mount plates, tools/print support, ink-station cleanup) and assist with equipment maintenance activities as directed.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform 5S duties and audits; communicate shift information and participate in continuous improvement/problem-solving activities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
  • •Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
