Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink.
  • •Root-cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support store operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards/processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to fulfill business, team, and guest needs and execute operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
