Job Summary

Lead end-to-end failure analysis studies for NVIDIA hardware, software, and firmware, bridging lab investigations with data-driven insights. As a Senior FA Engineer, you own root-cause determination, coordinate cross-functional task forces, and shape test strategies to prevent recurrences. You’ll apply advanced debugging, multidisciplinary analysis, and AI-enhanced data tooling to diagnose complex system-level failures and communicate findings to engineering and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Hands-on lab investigation to debug and characterize system behavior in the lab, validating hypotheses with laboratory equipment.
•Lead multidisciplinary failure analyses to understand how HW, SW, and firmware interact to cause failures.
•Own the root-cause investigation lifecycle from symptom to final cause identification.
•Coordinate cross-organizational task forces with HW, SW, Mechanical, and NPI teams to resolve high-priority issues.
•Define and apply data analysis tools and AI-driven methodologies to correlate failure patterns with telemetry and RMA history.

Key Requirements

•Lab proficiency with advanced debugging and characterization of state-of-the-art hardware
•B.Sc/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
•5+ years of experience in Product Development, System-Level Debugging, or Architecture
•Full-stack debugging skills across hardware, software, and firmware interfaces
•Data analysis experience with a strong interest in applying AI/ML to automate failure analysis
