Job Summary

Provide reliable, secure driving services for the WHO country office, including transporting the Head of the office and authorized personnel, facilitating airport meet-and-greet and related formalities, and handling mail and document delivery. Maintain day-to-day vehicle readiness through minor repairs, oil changes, tire/brake checks, washing, and arranging major repairs. Complete required vehicle documentation, report incidents/accidents, and support office staff with general clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive office vehicles to transport the Head of the WHO country office, authorized personnel, and for field visits.
•Meet official personnel and visitors at the airport and facilitate immigration and customs formalities as required.
•Maintain the assigned vehicle day-to-day through minor repairs, oil changes, tire and brake checks, car washing, and arranging major repairs.
•Complete required vehicle documentation (including monthly vehicle data forms) and report incidents/accidents per rules.
•Provide clerical and general office assistance to office staff.

Key Requirements

•Completion of secondary education or equivalent training and a valid driving license.
•Minimum two years of work experience as a driver with a safe driving record.
•Basic mechanics' certificate and first aid training (desirable).

•Intermediate knowledge of English and expert knowledge of Arabic.
