Lead a small team of sourcers within Talent Acquisition, focused on Manufacturing and Supply Chain Engineering Operations. •Lead a small team of direct reports within the production (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) function.
•Use advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to identify passive and active candidates across manufacturing and engineering disciplines.
•Develop meaningful candidate relationships through tailored messaging and personalized communication.
•Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for manufacturing and production engineering roles for current and future hiring needs.
•Partner with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with role requirements and production demands, and optimize workflows using sourcing metrics and candidate data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in sourcing or recruiting with a track record hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similar industries.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage, build rapport, and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
•Data-driven analytical mindset to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make strategy decisions.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
•Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
