Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute energy sourcing strategies across power, carbon-free electricity, and gas portfolios, with primary focus on Singapore and potential APAC support.
  • •Develop and drive regulatory and policy strategies to improve cost competitiveness, market access, and energy resiliency.
  • •Run end-to-end sourcing processes including market analysis, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
  • •Manage external relationships with utilities, regulators, developers, retailers, consultants, and other stakeholders to support sourcing initiatives.
  • •Collaborate with Sustainability, Government Affairs, Facilities, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to deliver strategic outcomes, using AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience in energy procurement, energy development, utilities, or energy markets.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in energy procurement, contract negotiation, utility operations, and/or regulatory policy strategies to reduce utility costs.
  • •Ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and operational tasks.
  • •Preferred: MBA or master’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in energy markets and procurement (including carbon-free energy).
