Job Summary

Act as a trusted technical leader across pre-sales and delivery to design and implement Red Hat OpenShift AI-based enterprise AI platforms. Engage customers to shape solutions and proposals, then lead architecture and MLOps adoption, including model lifecycle management, deployment automation, monitoring, governance, and operationalization of Generative AI and LLM workloads on hybrid cloud and container platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage in pre-sales activities including customer discovery, workshops, and solution design.
•Partner with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities, define scope, and build technical proposals; support RFP/RFI responses.
•Assess customer AI, data, and infrastructure environments and propose scalable architectures for enterprise AI platforms.
•Lead MLOps adoption initiatives including model lifecycle management, deployment automation, monitoring, and governance.
•Architect and support deployment of Generative AI/LLM workloads (training, fine-tuning, serving, inference) and provide technical leadership during delivery.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in consulting, platform engineering, cloud architecture, data platforms, or enterprise infrastructure roles.
•Proven experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles supporting complex solution sales cycles.
•Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenShift AI.
•Experience designing and implementing AI/ML platforms and MLOps workflows including lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal) and able to translate business objectives into AI and platform solutions.
