Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in pre-sales activities including customer discovery, workshops, and solution design.
  • •Partner with Sales and Account teams to shape opportunities, define scope, and build technical proposals; support RFP/RFI responses.
  • •Assess customer AI, data, and infrastructure environments and propose scalable architectures for enterprise AI platforms.
  • •Lead MLOps adoption initiatives including model lifecycle management, deployment automation, monitoring, and governance.
  • •Architect and support deployment of Generative AI/LLM workloads (training, fine-tuning, serving, inference) and provide technical leadership during delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in consulting, platform engineering, cloud architecture, data platforms, or enterprise infrastructure roles.
  • •Proven experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles supporting complex solution sales cycles.
  • •Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat OpenShift AI.
  • •Experience designing and implementing AI/ML platforms and MLOps workflows including lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
  • •Fluent in English (written and verbal) and able to translate business objectives into AI and platform solutions.
