Key Responsibilities

  • •Verantworten des operativen Betriebs des deutschen Marktes inklusive stabiler, effizienter und skalierbarer Station-, Flotten- und Repair-&-Maintenance-Prozesse.
  • •Steuern des operativen Tagesgeschäfts über alle deutschen Standorte sowie Sicherstellen klarer Abläufe, Umsetzung und messbarer Performance.
  • •Übernehmen der KPI-Verantwortung (z. B. Fahrzeugverfügbarkeit, Standzeiten, R&M-Kosten, Pickup-&-Return-Produktivität, Service-/Qualitätskennzahlen) und Ableiten von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen.
  • •Verantworten der operativen Budgets des deutschen Marktes sowie enge Abstimmung mit Commercial/Pricing und Zusammenarbeit mit Finance/Controlling für Forecasts und Effizienzhebel.
  • •Führen und Weiterentwickeln der operativen Management-Struktur und Optimieren operativer Prozesse entlang der Customer Journey inklusive Standardisierung und Qualitätsmanagement.
