Job Summary

Lead and manage Honeywell’s Building Management Systems (BMS) portfolio across Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Ensure effective operation, maintenance, and optimization of building automation systems to improve building performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. Coordinate installation, commissioning, and upgrades with integrators and contractors, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, troubleshoot complex BMS issues, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.

•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and team members.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand facility requirements and deliver tailored BMS solutions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in BMS technical roles, preferably with portfolio management responsibilities.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to troubleshoot complex BMS issues and implement effective solutions.
•Experience working across multiple sites and managing a geographically dispersed portfolio.
