Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage ordering, receiving, and inspection standards for all culinary food service concept areas.
  • •Maintain accurate departmental inventory records and reconcile invoices/purchase orders for food and equipment vendors.
  • •Supervise porters to support site logistics, handle food deliveries, and maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas.
  • •Support events and day-to-day operations by moving equipment, setting up and resetting event spaces, and managing dishwashers.
  • •Lead team operations including staff scheduling, payroll, attendance, performance reviews, coaching, and ensuring training/credentials stay current.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of inventory experience.
