Key Responsibilities

  • •Own sourcing for live roles by identifying, mapping, and reaching out to candidates; run LinkedIn searches, build target lists, and iterate outreach sequences.
  • •Screen and qualify inbound candidates by reviewing applications, conducting first-touch screens, and providing structured feedback to hiring managers.
  • •Support the full recruiting funnel by scheduling interviews, prepping candidates, and coordinating debriefs to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • •Experiment with AI in talent acquisition by testing AI tools for sourcing and screening and sharing what works with the team.
  • •Contribute to broader Talent projects such as employer branding, hiring manager enablement, tooling improvements, or process design.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a student in a top program (business, engineering, or equivalent) seeking a 6-month internship (gap year or end-of-studies).
  • •Strong drive, judgment, and hustle; prior recruiting, sales, consulting, or startup experience is a plus but not required.
  • •Take initiative and follow through, running with tasks independently from start to finish.
  • •Be organized and a structured thinker—turn vague briefs into plans and communicate clearly in writing.
  • •Be fluent in French and comfortable working in English day-to-day, and use AI in your work with real opinions on its value in recruiting.
