Key Responsibilities

•Learn and administer benefits systems for clients, including onboarding within the first three months.
•Administer employee benefits and ensure payroll and provider file benefit deductions are accurate.
•Identify discrepancies and highlight errors in produced files.
•Participate in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
•Collaborate with other teams to manage issues and set up/test new online platforms for client needs.

Key Requirements

•Up to 6 months of experience in a similar role is useful, with an emphasis on learning quickly.
•Good English (at least B2+) because you will use it every day.
•Knowledge of Spanish (at least B2+) on the CEFR scale.
•Intermediate Excel skills, since it is a key working tool for the role.
•Strong attention to detail, with the ability to track lots of data and work at a fast pace; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or maths is a plus but not crucial.
