Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the right quality standards.
  • •Manage individual construction process tasks including submittals, RFI processes, change orders, punch-list management, and close-out documentation.
  • •Support project governance by establishing effective processes and systems and ensuring key information is shared and retained.
  • •Contribute to reporting, including monthly reporting on the client program and preparation of project management reports and executive dashboards.
  • •Track project costs/spending and support performance management; assist with procurement and liaise with finance for cost data.

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelor's and/or Master's degree.
  • •Preferred degrees in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
