Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform setup and color changes for production.
  • •Set up and dismantle tools and related handling equipment and packaging systems.
  • •Operate and monitor peripheral equipment while maintaining safety, order, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • •Maintain and service production equipment and run mold trials.
  • •Assess defects in injection molds, assist corrections, and optimize and document the production chain while contributing to technical improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical training, ideally as a plastics and rubber technologist or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology.
  • •Experience operating injection molding machines and related handling/packaging/assembly-line equipment.
  • •Alternatively, willingness to learn to operate these systems and technologies.
  • •Technical understanding with a meticulous approach to work.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, collaborate in a team, and work independently with confident decision-making.
