Key Responsibilities

•Plan for the company’s next 10x growth by identifying, designing, and implementing scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure.
•Serve as the strategic right hand to the CBO, translating vision into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
•Create and drive operating structures across the company: OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, meeting cadences, and accountability systems.
•Identify bottlenecks and execution gaps and solve them decisively.
•Build and refine performance metrics that tie day-to-day execution to company goals.

Key Requirements

•Must have 8+ years of experience in high-ownership environments (e.g., hedge funds, top-tier banking, or high-growth startups) with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
•Ability to operate with high ownership, structure ambiguity, and build systems, metrics, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
•Strong communication, executive presence, and resilience to drive accountability and velocity across the organization.
•Proven ability to translate vision into actionable priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
•Willingness to be onsite 5 days a week in Mountain View, CA.
