Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage technical interaction with AMD’s key customers to enable deployment of AMD EPYC CPUs in customer systems.
  • •Support customers in bring-up and validation of AMD EPYC CPUs, including guiding use of AMD tools, qualification test methods, and analysis of test results.
  • •Lead debugging of customer-reported issues (hardware and firmware) and drive root-cause investigations with a cross-functional team.
  • •Work with customers on manufacturing/screen test development to ensure reliability at scale.
  • •Understand customer requirements and schedule, identify gaps in AMD offerings, and author design guidelines, technical presentations, and training materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,840 - 241,440 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in customer-facing roles such as application engineering for Data Center CPU.
  • •Strong knowledge of server and data center system architecture and interfaces, including standards such as DDR, PCIe, SPI/eSPI, and I3C/I2C.
  • •Strong knowledge in electrical validation and signal integrity of high-speed signals.
  • •Strong system-level debugging skills with hands-on experience in system bring-up, HW debug, and performance optimizations.
  • •Understanding and experience with an Enterprise Linux environment (Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL, and SLES).
