Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, and reactive repairs across building services systems and plant
  • •Support safe operation and basic maintenance of swimming pool water systems, including monitoring water quality
  • •Respond promptly to faults and breakdowns, diagnosing issues and minimising disruption
  • •Coordinate and oversee specialist subcontractors, ensuring compliance with site and safety standards
  • •Maintain accurate records using computer-aided maintenance systems and compliance logs

Key Requirements
