Key Responsibilities

  • •Support application infrastructure to ensure the PaaS/IaaS platform is optimized for performance and reliability.
  • •Implement and review code to group standards, ensuring high-quality delivery and module-level correctness via unit testing.
  • •Provide and document build/run procedures when introducing new automation technologies, including design and end-user documentation.
  • •Maintain internal tools and deploy/assist with maintenance of automation technologies.
  • •Provide Level 2/3 support to the Operations team for automation technologies and contribute input to improve scalability and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of professional work experience in a related field.
  • •Experience supporting and deploying cloud-based applications, with a cloud-services mindset.
  • •Experience with orchestration toolsets and operational concepts (change management, on-call rotations, escalations, uptime).
  • •Hands-on experience with automation and DevOps tooling (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and PaaS/IaaS technologies (e.g., Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, OpenStack, Azure Stack).
  • •Programming and platform experience: Java, Python, or Go; strong Linux or Windows skills; and working with REST APIs and microservices.
