Hybrid role ensuring continuity, reliability, and efficiency of laboratory operations across multiple streams. Acts as the cross-stream SME trained in Order Administration, Inventory Management, Scan, and Replenishment to manage end-to-end order lifecycle, monitor stock at Points of Use, and support replenishment, ensuring seamless coordination and timely deliveries for research labs.

Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the day-to-day order management process.
•Coordinate laboratory orders and goods reception to ensure smooth operations.
•Support accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment at Points of Use.
•Back-up the full order cycle for laboratory materials: order entry, follow-up, reception, and invoicing.
•Monitor supplier confirmations and delivery dates; communicate status and issues clearly to internal requesters.

Key Requirements

•Experience or good understanding of Order Management and inventory processes.
•Knowledge of SAP / Ariba and MS Office (Excel).
•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and comfortable switching between operational tasks
•Willingness to work across different operational posts.
