Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the day-to-day order management process.
  • •Coordinate laboratory orders and goods reception to ensure smooth operations.
  • •Support accurate inventory levels and timely replenishment at Points of Use.
  • •Back-up the full order cycle for laboratory materials: order entry, follow-up, reception, and invoicing.
  • •Monitor supplier confirmations and delivery dates; communicate status and issues clearly to internal requesters.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience or good understanding of Order Management and inventory processes.
  • •Knowledge of SAP / Ariba and MS Office (Excel).
  • •Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • •Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and comfortable switching between operational tasks
  • •Willingness to work across different operational posts.
