Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare mission cards and assist in planning flight missions to meet engineering requirements.
  • •Act as a safety pilot using a handheld transmitter and serve as an internal pilot utilizing a GCS.
  • •Observe and direct crew/team members to maintain safe posture during operations.
  • •Perform Pilot in Command duties and manage associated responsibilities during flight operations.
  • •Cross-communicate with internal/external teams (including senior leadership or customers) and travel on short notice as needed.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level piloting capability with high-performance complex RC aircraft, including fixed-wing and rotary.
  • •Ability to safely fly and maintain Group 1, 2, and 3 RC aircraft.
  • •Part 107 Remote Pilot and Part 61 Ground School completion.
  • •Currently able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving with attention to detail.
