Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive customer calls and guide customers through the ordering process.
  • •Coordinate with the dispatch center to schedule trucks, print tickets, and manage routing for the plant site.
  • •Establish delivery times based on truck capacities, distances, and fleet availability.
  • •Maintain communication with the dispatch center and relay plant breakdowns and startup issues to personnel.
  • •Enter orders into the computer, place orders based on jobsite and plant availability, advise on mix for applications, and monitor equipment locations and utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Be 21 years of age or older and pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
  • •Maintain a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License with Tanker Endorsement and meet company MVR standards.
  • •Maintain a valid DOT Medical Certificate and follow safety procedures, including PPE requirements.
