Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a brand ambassador for Coach. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed personal and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store and operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and efficient processing of transactions and returns/exchanges.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency using iPad/laptop and Mobile POS, including reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands (lift 25 lb regularly, up to 50 lb occasionally, and move around the sales floor and stockroom).
