•Lead the day-to-day agile development processes of the enablement squad, prioritizing deliverables, planning, and removing blockers to sustain high productivity.
•Directly manage, mentor, and grow a hybrid team of full-time engineers and contractors, setting performance standards and guiding career development.
•Collaborate with corporate departments to understand workflows and translate ambiguous requests into structured, phased integration specifications.
•Lead the implementation of robust AI-driven integrations utilizing centralized platform primitives (agent orchestration, LLM gateways, IAM guardrails).
•Enforce high-quality development practices including code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software engineering experience with solid knowledge of software design patterns, APIs, and modern cloud backend architectures
•3+ years of experience directly managing software engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and motivating engineering talent
•Familiarity with the AI/LLM ecosystem: prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, LLM APIs, and vector databases
•Operational execution skills: backlog management, preventing over-commitment, resource trade-offs, and predictable shipping of software
•Experience with hybrid team models: directing and reviewing work of internal FTEs and external contractors with consistent quality
