Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate 8D reports and corrective/preventive actions to ensure quality assurance and governance.
  • •Drive containment, recovery, and root-cause analysis for quality issues and implement solutions.
  • •Perform audits/evaluations to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and monitor Assembly & Test performance.
  • •Review and approve changes through the Global Change Process (GCP) to ensure accurate implementation.
  • •Develop dashboards for quality metrics using JMP, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau; participate in MRB events and support defect-reduction strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly/test or quality engineering.
