Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer cybersecurity solutions for DoD and Intelligence Community information systems.
  • •Design, implement, and document security controls aligned with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 and CNSSI 1253 overlays, as applicable.
  • •Support ATO, Continuous Authorization (cATO), and Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) initiatives by developing RMF authorization artifacts.
  • •Develop and automate evidence collection/validation and reusable security control implementations, including OSCAL-based RMF automation.
  • •Implement AI-assisted RMF capabilities (RAG, NLP, LLMs) with human-in-the-loop validation, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and enterprise tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school with 10+ years of commensurate experience.
  • •Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
  • •DOD 8140 IAT III certification required: CISSP, ISSEP, ISSAP, or CGRC.
  • •10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, RMF implementation, security architecture, DevSecOps, continuous monitoring, or security automation.
  • •Minimum five years supporting DoD or Intelligence Community cybersecurity programs.
