Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training and LLM inference.
  • •Use open-source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails) to build and operate platform capabilities.
  • •Invent and apply state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput in production systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/AI/Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related) plus 6+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s plus 4+ years.
  • •6+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Experience deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • •Ability to design, develop, integrate, deliver, and support complex AI systems.
  • •Experience developing AI/ML capabilities such as LLM inference, similarity search and vector databases, guardrails, or memory, using languages like Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang.
